During the warranty period, equipment failure  component damage (except for human factors  force majeure factors), we are responsible for free repairs, so We provide free replacement parts (except consumable parts). After the warranty period, we will provide a variety of support methods to ensure the normal operation of the system.

Service response time: After Inte Laser receives the user's repair call, the after-sales engineer will give a clear answer within 20 minutes. If the equipment has a problem that the buyer cannot solve, we will arrive at the scene within 5 hours  handle; If the fault cannot be eliminated within 24 hours, we will replace the whole part.

3. Service method:

①Preventive service: Inte Laser will visit all users several times a year, provide regular maintenance  safety measures to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, eliminate hidden troubles,  provide technical support services at any time. Our company is responsible for providing relevant spare parts to the buyer for a long time.
