1. Cut piercing skills

Air  nitrogen is often used as an auxiliary gas to reduce the expansion of the hole due to exothermic oxidation. The gas pressure is lower than the oxygen pressure at the time of cutting. Each pulse laser only emits small particles  gradually deepens, so the perforation of thick plates takes a few seconds. Once the perforation is completed, Lixing will replace the auxiliary gas with oxygen for incision. In this way, the perforation diameter is smaller,  the perforation quality is better than that of explosion perforation. The laser used for this purpose should  only have a higher output power; more importantly, the time  space characteristics of the beam, in addition, pulse perforation also needs a more reliable gas path control system to complete the switching of gas types  gas pressures. Control of the perforation moment.

Explosion perforation-The material is irradiated by successive lasers to form a pit in the middle,  then the oxygen flow coaxial with the laser beam quickly removes the molten material to form a hole. Generally, the size of the hole is related to the thickness of the plate. The uniform diameter of the explosion perforation is half of the thickness of the plate. Therefore, the hole diameter of the explosion perforation of the thicker plate is larger   round. It is  suitable for use on parts with high processing accuracy requirements. On waste. In addition, because the oxygen pressure used for the perforation is the same as when the incision is made, the splash is larger.

2. Analysis of the occurrence of burrs on the workpiece during laser cutting of stainless steel  aluminum-coated zinc plates

The presentation of the above conditions mainly considers the elements that show burrs when cutting low-carbon steel, but it does  simply accelerate the cutting speed. Because the addition speed sometimes shows the situation that the plate is  cut through, this situation is in the processing of aluminum-zinc plate The time is particularly outstanding. At this time, other factors of the machine tool should be considered  resolved, such as whether the nozzle is to be replaced,  the movement of the guide rail is unstable.

3. Analysis of the deformation of small holes

This is because the machine tool does  adopt the method of explosive perforation when processing small holes, but uses the method of pulse perforation, which makes the laser energy too concentrated in a small area,  also scorches the non-processing area to form the deformation of the hole , Affecting the processing quality. At this time, we should change the pulse perforation method to the explosive perforation method in the processing procedure to solve it. On the contrary, the starting of laser cutting with lower power is just the opposite. Pulse punching method should be adopted in small hole processing to obtain better surface finish.

4. Solutions to abnormal sparks when cutting low carbon steel

This condition will affect the finish quality of the cut section of the part. At this moment, under the condition that other parameters are normal, the following conditions should be considered: the loss of the laser head nozzle NOZZEL, the nozzle should be replaced in time. In the case of no new nozzle replacement, the pressure of the cutting operation gas should be increased; the thread at the junction of the nozzle  the laser head is loose. At this moment, the incision should be paused immediately to check the connection status of the laser head,  the thread should be re-started.

5. The solution of burrs when the laser cuts the low-carbon steel

According to the operation  planning principles of laser cutting, the following reasons are analyzed to be the main reason for the occurrence of burrs on the processed parts: the up  down orientation of the laser focus is incorrect, the focus orientation test is required,  the adjustment is based on the offset of the focus; The output power of the laser is  good, you need to check whether the operation of the laser generator is normal, if it is normal, then investigate whether the output value of the laser control button is correct,  adjust it; the line speed of the cut is too slow, the need to increase during operation control Linear speed; the purity of the cutting gas is  good,  high-quality cutting gas needs to be supplied; laser focus shift, the focus azimuth test is required,  adjustment is made according to the focus shift; the instability of the machine tool is too long At this moment, it is necessary to shut down  start  scratch.
