Sales Engineer/Salesman

Responsibilities:

Sales Engineer/Salesperson Salary 5K-30K



Responsible for formulating individual specific work plans,  completing sales goals  tasks assigned by superiors;

Responsible for collecting  grasping customer demand information, actively visiting customers  developing markets, improving business achievement rate  sales performance;

Negotiate business within the scope of authorization, technical exchanges, signing of technical agreements, bidding  signing of "sales contracts";

Responsible for tracking  investigating the product usage information of the customers under his jurisdiction,  timely understanding  reporting customer opinions  requirements;

Regularly conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the overall situation  marketing effects of the market under its jurisdiction,  form a detailed analysis report  timely feedback to the superiors,  put forward perfect marketing opinions  sales strategies;

Participate regularly  irregularly in the analysis  discussion of sales in the region;

Responsible for the after-sales service of the customers under his jurisdiction  responsible for customer satisfaction;

Obey the arrangement of superiors, report sales, customer visits, return of goods, expenses  related work completion to the superiors;

Continuously improve business level  work ability;

Maintain company interests, establish company image, promote teamwork spirit,  keep company business secrets;

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Job requirements:


Educational background: Full-time college degree  above in mechanical electronics, measurement  control instruments, marketing, business administration  other majors.

Experience: more than 3 years of marketing work experience, more than 1 year in sales of industrial instrument industry.




skill:

 Have theoretical knowledge of marketing management, familiar with market laws  customer psychology,  have good sales ability;

          Have good interpersonal activities, good at public relations organization, communication  negotiation,  strong emergency handling ability;

          Familiar with the sales business of industrial instruments  automatic control systems, familiar with the company's products,  fully grasp the sales process of the company's products;

          Master the market development  competition status of the industry at home  abroad, familiar with national  industry standards;
