Automatic glass cutting machine maintenance precautions​​

First, the electrical part

1. Be sure to turn off the external power supply when checking the electrical cabinet  all electrical components of the automatic glass cutting machine to  avoid electric shock!

2. The inside of the control cabinet is dry  clean (vacuum cleaner is better).

3. It is forbidden to place debris inside the control cabinet,  close the cabinet door during work.

4. The filter cotton of the control box is regularly cleaned  replaced every month.

Second, the gas path part

1. Check the inlet pressure of the air source processor to ensure that the air pressure is 0.4-0.6bar.

2. Open all manual  mechanical valves  check whether there is obvious air leakage  whether the trachea is bent.

3. Suction cups should be checked for broken glass  time to time  cleaned frequently.

4. In the next film, some suction cups need to be turned over to avoid scratches caused by direct contact with the edge of the original film.

5. The vacuum pump must check the oil level  clean on schedule. The filter screen needs to be cleaned in 6 months  the vacuum pump oil needs to be replaced in 1 year.

3. Mechanical parts

1. The screw lifter components clean the surface of the screw  re-add butter every other week (in winter, lubricating oil with a temperature resistance of -20 to -30 degrees must be added).

2. Manually check the running status of the last motor every 30 days. Operate one by one in the manual state of the touch screen to check whether there is abnormal noise, whether the structure has jitter  stuck phenomenon.

3. Operate the touch screen to the sensor status screen to check whether all sensors respond normally.

4. The rack equipment of the cutting machine comes with an oil injection maintenance system. Check the oil injection on the rack every 30 days. If there is a lot of dust  debris, you need to wipe it with a clean rag  refuel.

5. The cutter head of the cutting machine should be checked frequently to see if there is any obvious deviation in the angle ( whether the cutting line becomes thick).

6. In normal processing, check the size of the glass cut at intervals. If the error exceeds the range, please contact the customer service engineer of the manufacturer immediately.
